Guests: Attorney Kirtisy, Clealand Blair, Jr.
- Lot count has been established.
- Significant changes have been made open space subdivision.
- A super majority vote is needed on the special permit therefore discussions will take place on the open space and special permit conversation will be tabled until after discussion take place..
Public hearing was continued to 4/13 at 7:00pm.
Extension granted to 4/30/10.
