Meeting opened at 6:40pm.
1. ANR/Craig Bacon (Maykel property):
Tim moved to endorse with non-buildable lot notation, Dick 2nd, all in favor.
2. Len Gengel/Brunelle West
Detention basin spillway will be corrected. Water shut off in right of way will be shown on as built.
Tim moved to forward information to Cullinan for final review, Dick 2nd, all in favor.

3. Patriot Hill street acceptance discussion
4. Invoices:
- Steve Parker Payroll $1,975.00
- Cullinan Engineering Brunelle West 1,300.00
5. Review minutes:
- Dick moved to approve with corrections, Tim 2nd, all in favor.
6. Site Plan Review Discussion:
Steve discussed additions. Addison Redfield discussed multiple typos.
Continued to 8/24 at 7:30pm.
7. Open Session:
- Cullinan letter re: unpaid Blair bills – to be discussed at meeting of 8/24.
- Central Tree Bond Reduction – to be discussed at meeting of 8/24
- Bear Hill Bridge discussion
- Discuss new/old business with Sally Hayden, Town Clerk.
- Sign Princeton waiver for public hearing waiver. Dick moved to approve, Tim 2nd, all in favor.
8. Subdivision Rules and Regulations discussion:
- Field changes
- Talk to Quinn about field inspections
- P. 13 (4) signed receipt and (g) Town Clerk.
- P. 45 Review fee – 1/3 of Admin Fee
Review 10% of fee – Norm to Susan p. 45 ???
“When review fees collected have been depleted to 10% or less of the original amount, Planning Board shall require applicant to replenish the account in payments of 10% of the original fee”.
Dick moved to continue to 8/24/10 at 8:30pm, Tim 2nd, all in favor.
