Hearing opened at 8:32pm
Carl Hultgren distributed copies of his revisions from last meeting (Reference Quinn
Engineering partial review dated 1/11/10).
Discussion included:
- Road classification, AASHTO Standards pertaining to stopping sight distance, pavement width (standards by classification of rolling terrain vs. volume), local and collector classifications (22 and 24 foot widths), etc.
Refer to 1/11/10 Quinn correspondence and bolded corrections made in Subdivision Rules and Regulations.
Continued to 2/9 at 7:30pm.
