Meeting opened at 6:44pm
- Review of minutes of 10/27/09:
Minutes approved with corrections. Moved: Dick Lester 2nd all in favor.
Susan Ducharme Payroll for October, 2009 $351.76
Steve Parker Payroll 10/23 -11/4, 2009 $1950.00
Dick moved to approve, Lester 2nd, all in favor.
- Planning Board to send letter to Gehrig Assoc. about Cell Tower at 79 Irish Lane:
- Planning Board to send letter to Library Trustees:
Chairman mentioned that letter to Trustees to locate the Planning Board office in
the Basement of the Library.
- Moose Crossing Bond Reduction Estimate:
Julian asked for a waiver on Guard Rail construction – Steel to Timber.
Dick moved to approve, Lester 2nd, all in favor
Julian then asks for a bond reduction to $93320.50.

- Brunelle West Bond Reduction Estimate:
Len Gengal - C&S Construction ask for a bond reduction to $75000.00.
Lester moved to approve, Tim 2nd, all in favor
- Brunelle West Bond Reduction:
Len Gengal - C&S Construction ask the board if Brunelle Farm Cult sac Land be
permitted to deed it to the homeowners at LOT BF29, BF30, and BF32
Dick moved to approve, Lester 2nd, all in favor
- Verizon Wireless Cell Tower Discussion:
Dave Tivnan – Verizon Wireless was here for questions. None from board None from public
- Debra Shriver – Mass Watershed Coalition:
- Represent nine towns that watersheds are impacted
- Insure that watersheds are protected and correctly developed.
- See attached meeting agenda for detailed discussion points by Debra
- Debra will email best practices of LID to Norm Anderson
- Debra will investigate Forest Legacy program with Rutland
- Subdivision Regulation Review by Quinn Engineering:
- Kevin Quinn – Quinn Engineering reviewing engineer:
- Be ready with Quinn’s comments to the work that has already been done to the Sub Division regulations by December 22, 2009 at 7:00
- Gary Kelleher - Rutland DPW to be contacted about Bear Hill Bridge
Construction – Has Mass State reviewed plans:
- Austin Estates/Gary Austin long overdue invoice:
Chairman spoke with Town Attorney Cranston. Mr. Cranston to advise Board on resolution after discussion with Mr. Austin.
Chairman stated that this is the only outstanding invoice the Board has with Cullinan ($1500.00).
- Lussier Shared/Common driveway at Britinal Road:
Chairman informed board that language of special permit is under review of Town
Council.
- Roger Salonis estate special permit:
Plan to be reviewed next meeting 11/24/09
