Present: Karin Prucnal, Vice-Chair

Absent: Scott Gilroy, Chairman
- Opening of meeting by the Vice-Chair: Karin Prucnal opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
- Review & Acceptance of Minutes: Karin Prucnal motioned to accept the minutes of September 14, 2015. Elliott
Butch Nadeau seconded. Vote was unanimous.
The Board of Health will be referred to as the “Board”.
New Business: none
Old Business:
Flu Clinic Allocation for 2015-2016 Season
The Board discussed the upcoming Flu clinic on October 31, 2015. Elliott Nadeau motioned to accept Rite Aid to administer Influenza Vaccine at the next flu clinic. Karin Prucnal seconded. Motion made and seconded. Vote was unanimous.

The Board is awaiting any response from other Town officials.
Health Agent’s Report:
Correspondence: All correspondence was reviewed.
Administrative:
Karin Prucnal proposed eliminating the Wachusett Earthday line item of 3%-5% of $2,898.00 with balance being returned to line item. This will be proposed to Town Administrator. Elliott Nadeau seconded. All in favor.
Next scheduled meeting is November 2, 2015 @ 6:00 p.m.
Bills: none
Adjournment: Elliott Nadeau made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Karin Prucnal Nadeau seconded. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
