- Opening of meeting by the Chair: Scott Gilroy opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
- Review & Acceptance of Minutes: Scott Gilroy motioned to accept the minutes of September 22, 2014. Elliott Nadeau seconded. Vote was unanimous.
The Board of Health will be referred to as the “Board”.
New Business:
6:30 p.m. – 377 E. County Road – Present: Ronald Stevenson & Nancy Stevenson (Ronald’s mother)
The Stevenson’s said the drainage is fine. Mr. Stevenson carries the water up to the house from the well. They have made calls to National Grid regarding the construction of setting new poles. Nothing has been done to date. There are no children living there. He uses a wood stove for heat. He is also using candles and flashlights. The Board advised him not to use candles anymore. Mr. Stevenson has a generator he is going to look into getting repaired. The owner of property, Carl Forsman, Sr. is currently living in Texas (Mrs. Stevenson’s brother). Mrs. Stevenson called her brother and had him speak to the Board. Karin Prucnal is going to make some telephone calls to National Grid. The Board will follow up on this matter on December 1, 2014 @ 6:00 p.m.
Old Business:
Flu Clinic: The Board discussed the status of the upcoming Flu Clinic on November 1, 2014.
2 Meadowbrook Circle – The Board reviewed the Trespass Notification Form from the Police Department submitted by the owner, Mr. Stephen Miller to Michael Haberski, Jr.
Health Agent’s Report:
Correspondence: The Board reviewed correspondence as received:
10 Peter Avenue letter from David Cruise – The Board reviewed the letter. Randy Mizereck will write a letter to Mr. Cruise.
Bigelow Mobile Homes from Attorney General’s office letter – The Board reviewed the letter. A campground license application has been sent to Bonnie Besse.
Administrative: Next scheduled meeting is December 1, 2014 @ 6:00 p.m.
Bills: None
Adjournment: Elliott Nadeau made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Karin Prucnal seconded. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 6:58 p.m.
