Present: Scott Gilroy, Chairman
Karin Prucnal, Vice-Chairman
Randy Mizereck, Health Agent
Lynn Miller, Administrative Assistant
Absent: Elliott (Butch) Nadeau, Clerk
- Opening of meeting by the Chair: Scott Gilroy opened the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
- Review & Acceptance of Minutes: Scott Gilroy motioned to accept the minutes of August 18, 2014. Karin Prucnal seconded. Vote was unanimous.
The Board of Health will be referred to as the “Board”.
New Business:
Old Business:
Flu Clinic: The Board discussed the status of the upcoming Flu Clinic on November 1, 2014.
Feral Cats: The Board discussed the problems with the Feral Cats in Town. At this time, there is
no funding to support the Spay/Neuter program. The Board will submit an article for the Special Town Meeting to request monies for the program.
Health Agent’s Report:
Meeting regarding Brice-Lemon Estates
Randy Mizereck spoke about the meeting regarding Brice-Lemon Estates that he attended.
Karin Prucnal abstained from any discussion.
Correspondence: The Board reviewed correspondence as received.
Administrative: Next scheduled meeting is October 27, 2014 @ 6:00 p.m.
Annual Report – The Board reviewed the Annual Report. No changes were made.
Bills: None
Adjournment: Scott Gilroy made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Karin Prucnal seconded. All in favor. Meeting adjourned at 6:45 p.m.
