Meeting Minutes

In attendance: Tracey Sasseville, Beth Puize, Tina Greenfield, Mark Campbell, Barbara Campbell, Cindy Purcell, Elise Milliken, Carrie Mota, Melissa Puliafico
Absent: Jeremy Hayden, Deb Barakian, John Fitzgerald, Frank Jancura, Benjamin Frost, Zack Palmer
Meeting called to order: 7:04
- Table Town wide Yard Sale results- Deb and Ben are not present at the meeting
- Schedule of events-Reviewed and Approved. Will print beginning on June
- Discussion to create Sign- up sheet for assignments during the events so we know who is where and when
- Banners- Structure for banners, Design frame to hold banners pending receipt of donations to see who needs a banner
- WRHS Champions to walk in the parade, Send a formal invitation to invite teams. Tina will draft a letter
- Vendor Meeting: Tracy and Missy will work on the schedule of a vendor meeting. Tracy working on updating the contract. Missy will put together a vendor distribution list.
- Change Meeting to June 19th. Carrie contact Library to move meeting.
Carrie will schedule Porta Potty

Judges: Farms, Brewery, Theatre, Stone Cow, Wachusett Brewery, Red Apple Farm, Local 4 restaurant working-Farm to Table, Rotar Spring, Stone Cow, Agronomy Vineyard in Oakham
Carrie- Draft a letter for possible judges to see if there is interest.
Carrie -Look at judging criteria
We would like to recruiter people through the parade to keep the parade moving along. Revisit during June meeting
Discusses direction of the parade. Reasons why it goes in the direction it does. Decided to table to next year
