Attendees: Melissa Puliafico, Carrie Mota, Frank Jancura, Mark Campbell, Cindy Purcell, Barbara Campbell, Zack Palmer, Elise Milliken

Meeting opened at 7:00 PM
Business
- Town wide yard sale no new news.
Frank will be around with truck
Scouts not available
Suggest to get cell phone numbers from committee
Waiting to hear back from COA and Lip Sync contacts only thing tentative on schedule
Jimmy Provencher May not be able to announce during parade. Mark will check with Jimmy
Discussion about sound system what to use for lip sync
Ham and Bean supper - Tentative contact Sally Hayden
Open house at Library determine date
Parade will start at 1pm
Barbara spoke with the WRHS girls soccer team who will be honored to be in the parade
Check to see if they have a banner if not will order
Barbara spoke with WRHS singer who will be there not sure how many
Mailings went out some have already received them
Business letter went out. Discussion to recruit more donations
Table donation buckets. ~When / Where
Where will scouts go and is it flat enough. ~Electricity should not be an issue. Is clean up going to be an issue. ~Will police have a problem with location
PTA possibly selling coffee
When will be mailed 7-10 days after April 3rd. ~~Purchasing t-shirts to sell at events. How many do you order / what size . One person with golf cart selling before the parade
Ask Tina about possible distributors
Square for phones look into. ~Maybe as a donation.
