Absent: Melissa Puliafico, Frank Jancura, Mark Campbell, Cindy Purcell, Barbara Campbell, Zack Palmer, Deb Barakian, John Fitzgerald,
Meeting opened at 7:00 PM
Business
- Frank Ruscitti- Music for Sunday. Frank came to meeting to share his music.
- Town Wide Yard Sale- Table to June meeting. Trash still at Library. Call town to inquire who should pick it up
- Schedule of Events- Review. Some edits need to be made.
- T-Shirts- Will sell at event. Tina to order 150.
- Finances- Tracking in line with last year. Current balance 14,777.29. Total Donations as of 5/7 – 9336.00 Yard Sale Profits available in June. New Business Sponsorship Mann’s RV
- Trophy- Carrie will email Rednecks to pick up trophy
- Banners- Order banners for Soucy Realty, Cornerstone Bank, maybe Janice Mitchell
- Boy Scouts will sell at same location.
