Hearing Opened at 7:15 PM. Joe asked what the closest section to the wetlands are. Julian said 60 feet. Joe asked about the well delineation. Julian said there are no wells within 200 feet of the septic. Peter asked about grading in rear of the property. Julian said no, but if there was it would be minimal. Joe asked for questions from the public. Mike Ferguson asked on the definition of land between hay field and dense forest. The reason for his objection is because Mr. Ferguson believed work was being done in the 100 foot buffer zone. Motion to close hearing made by Peter, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:34 PM.

Hearing opened at 7:40 PM. Looking for a negative determination. They are connecting to the town sewer. Motion to close hearing and sign a Negative Determination made by Scott, seconded by Peter; vote unanimous at 7:54 PM.
