Hearings
Notice of Intent, Stoney Brook Estates, LLC, Lot 100 Brintnal Drive
Hearing Opened at 7:35 P.M. 1.71 acres – frontage on Pommogussett Road. Single family house in buffer zone. Hooking into the sewer, but there will be a well. Erosion controls are already in place, and there will be very little grading. The whole thing is inside the 100 foot buffer zone. Motion to close hearing made by Shawn; seconded by Peter; vote unanimous at 7:32 P.M.
Notice of Intent, Stoney Brook Estates, Lot 101, Brintnal Drive
Hearing Opened at 7:35 PM. There will be a little more grading than Lot 100, and it is facing the corner of Brintnal. There will be a little more fill, but it won’t be in the wetlands. Grading will be closest at 15 to 16 feet. Erosion controls are already in place. Motion to close hearing made by Peter, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:35 P.M.
Notice of Intent, Stoney Brook Estates, LLC, Lot 102, Brintnal Drive
Hearing opened at 7:36 P.M. This is also a sewer and a well. Erosion controls are in place. There will be some fill and will be raising the house a bit. Joe asked if they will maintain the swales, and thinks some rip rap swale would be good. Peter thinks we should add this as a condition. Motion to close hearing made by Scott, seconded by Shawn; vote unanimous at 7:38 P.M.
Notice of Intent, Stoney Brook Estates, LLC, Lot 103, Brintnal Drive
Hearing opened at 7:39 P.M. House is a little further away from the buffer, but there will be a little grading. This will also be connecting to the sewer and have a well. Peter thinks that this should also have the rip rap swale added as a condition. Motion to close made by Willard, seconded by Peter; vote unanimous at 7:40 PM.
Notice of Intent, Stoney Brook Estates, LLC, Lot 104, Brintnal Drive
Hearing Opened at 7:42 P.M. The fill will be outside the 100 foot buffer zone. House is at the bottom of the hill. House is just inside the 100 foot buffer zone. The area flattens out before the wetlands. Joe said to be careful with silt fencing and hay bales in the area. This will be connecting to sewer and have a well. Motion to close hearing made by Scott; seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 7:43 P.M.
Discussions
DEP File #’s
These have been taken a lot longer to receive. Joe said there is a new person at DEP assigning the numbers and they are looking at aerials and they are taking longer to review.
Jake Pettes
Jake has asked to become a member of the Conservation Commission. We must wait until Nancy formerly resigns, then we must send a letter to the Board of Selectmen with the nomination.
Board of Selectmen Letter
There was a letter to Margaret saying that there has been some “misinformation” going on around town. Martin Yau wrote the letter to Margaret and said they are only making changes in the wording of their ______________ and not in the maps. There was a letter sent to DCR from George Kiritsy saying that they couldn’t change the plans. They are not allowed to change the maps without proper protocols.
Curtis, Route 68
We have not received the green card back yet with the acknowledgment that the letter was received from the post office. They are next to the bus company, and have been putting things in the wetlands. Jennifer is going to also look into this.
CB Blair Development, Lot 5, Main Street Order of Conditions
Jennifer wanted to know where the point of beginning of their wetland line was – Julian said
at the beginning of the brook. Peter was wondering if we should add any extra conditions due to the close proximity to the wetlands. Adding an extra condition.
