Hearings
Notice of Intent, Ronald Ernenwien, 175 East County Road
Hearing opened at 7:28 PM. They are looking to improve the school bus yard, and add a building. There is a stream south of the property line but the work will not be done near it. Septic system is outside of the 100 foot buffer zone. There will be vegetation planted to help stabilize after the building is done. The closest point of the building to the BVW is 55 feet. They will pave to allow the buses to go to the garage. The only thing closest to the buffer zone is the septic system. Joe said they need to move their diesel system. Plans showing the system being upgraded will be sent to the Conservation Commission. Motion to close made by Peter, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 7:35 PM.
