Discussions:
Joe received a phone call from a resident on Grizzly Dr. regarding storm damage from the heavy rain on April 15, 2019. Soil and other debris washed down from Clealand Circle onto the properties of several houses below on Grizzly Dr. Joe has been in communication with the home owner and has reached out to the builder (C.B. Blair). No resolution as of the meeting.
Joe also received a phone call from Finn Park residents concerning the road washing out following the heavy rain on April 15, 2019. He viewed the damage, but it is not within the board's jurisdiction. Following the meeting, Tomeca received an e-mail from Ann Gwyther, 23 Finn Park Rd., requesting to speak at the May 7th meeting on this same topic. She was added to the agenda.
