Discussions:
At a recent department head meeting, the question was raised whether or not the Conservation Commission has jurisdiction when snow blows across a roadway and melts in a storm drain. It was answered that this would be considered a DPW (town road) and/or DOT (state road) issue. The concern of the ConComm is with sediment in the drains, not with water in them.
