Discussions:
A resident of Bushy Lane e-mailed the board expressing concerns regarding the solar project planned for 90 Bushy Lane, specifically regarding endangered species. Their e-mail was received after the public hearing was held and closed and they were not in attendance at the hearing for this project. Their concerns were added to the agenda and they were invited to attend the December 18th meeting, but they were not present. There were no concerns issued by DEP for this project and the board found none either after reviewing the Natural Heritage maps. No further attention is required.
