Maple Realty Trust, Maple Avenue
Tom Ruchala is looking for a renewal of the Determiantion of Applicability, and requests a 5 year extension rather than a 3 year extension. We will vote to sign at the next meeting.
Complaint
We received a letter about the area that is probably Brice-Lemon estates (letter states “a subdivision that Blair is building” from “Bob and Jean”. We are unable to respond due to lack of information from the complainants. The board walked the Brice-Lemon area and saw no violations. The builder is not near the wetlands and all boulders, stumps, etc. are in an area pending removal and not being buried. No further action is required at this time.
36 River Road
This is the house with the covered bridge, which needs the roof of the bridge to be fixed. He would like to know what permits, etc. he needs to complete this. A site walk is scheduled for Thursday, August 17, 2017 at 10:00 AM.
