Hearing opened at 7:27 PM. Peter recused himself from this hearing. It is a proposed house with a common driveway and a septic system. Erosion controls will be at the bottom and there will be minimal grading. There were no questions. Motion to close hearing made by Jake, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 7:34 PM.
Notice of Intent, CB Blair Development Corporation, Lot 2, Thurston Hill Road
Hearing opened at 7:35 PM. Septic will be in front and it will be a single family home with a common driveway. Erosion controls are in place and there will be some grading in the buffer zone. There were no questions. Motion to close hearing made by Shawn, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:39 PM.

Hearing opened at 7:40 PM. Septic is in back but will be 100 feet away from the buffer zone. Will also have a common driveway and will have erosion controls in place. There will be minimal grading. There were no questions. Motion to close hearing made by Peter, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 7:44 PM.

Hearing opened at 7:45 PM. Realigned and there will now be no work in the buffer zone, but they figured they already filed so they are just following through. This will have a driveway to itself, the grading was going to be substantial which is why they realigned everything. There were no questions. Motion to close made by Jake, seconded Peter; vote unanimous at 7:52 PM.

Hearing opened at 7:55 PM. This is a single family home with 100 foot buffer. Erosion controls will be in place. It will have a private well. There were no questions. Motion to close made by Jake, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 8:03 PM.
Discussions
GRAZ Engineering, 20 Paddock Road
There was an existing cart path and culverts. The culverts were replaced and the crossing was updated. A new company is looking to update the area, and are taking over for Quinn Engineering. The only change to the old Order of conditions would be to add silt fencing, and they are filing a new Notice of Intent. Joe told him we would like to do a site walk. Bryan MacEwen from GRAZ Engineering would like to do the flagging first so the site walk will be scheduled on October 11, 2017 at 10:00 AM. Hearing will be October 17, 2017 at 7:15 PM.
Ian Duncan, 38 River Road
Needs a new roof on the covered bridge, and needs to do the under pinning as well. He would like to know what he needs to do to get all correct permits, etc. Joe told him he needs to do a Notice of Intent and submit it to the Board. Joe also told him that he could call Jeff Lacy at DCR to see what they require. Ian spoke to Jeff who told him that the DCR won’t need to be involved for the roof.
