Hearings

Lussier Enterprises, Inc., Lot 2, Barre-Paxton Road DEP File #277-0457    Hearing opened at 7:36 PM.
Mark said that there is one small wetland and culvert area and that’s it.  The clearing is on Lot 1 and is basically tree clearing and stump removal.  Joe walked it and saw everything.  They are putting in a storage facility.  Jean asked about the water and that if it will produce more than is there already.  Mark said that the Planning Board will be addressing that.  The water will go to the infiltration system they are setting.  There were no questions by the board or public.  Motion to close hearing made by Shawn, seconded by Scott; vote unanimous at 7:46 PM.

Discussions

Request for Determination of Applicability, Lot 1, Crawford Road
Sunshine Wagner came in.  They purchased 14.98 acres on Crawford Road.  The state forest is across the street and the conservation belt is behind it.  They would like to build a single family home and the land will be eventually turned into 61A (farm land).  Joe asked if we could take a look and if she could have a plan ready to look at when we do the site walk to make sure they are out of the buffer zone.  Joe doesn’t foresee any issues, but will know more after the site walk.  The site walk is scheduled on August 25, 2015 at 10:00 AM meeting at the top of the hill.
