Hearings
Notice of Intent, Ralph Anderson, Lot 1, 124 East County Road. DEP File #277-0454. Hearing opened at 7:30 PM.
Julian presented the project. There is enough frontage to do 3 lots. Lot 1 in the house, septic and well will be in the middle. They will be outside the 100’ buffer but will have erosion control measures in place. Eric asked if the culvert pipe will be replaced, and Julian said it would be.
John Durning said he had questions about acreage not matching other deeds and property lines. Joe explained that the Board was not the right office to approach that and explained what was in our purview. Joe directed him to other offices for further help. Henry Guilbeault asked about the wetland hydraulic lines and Julian responded that the wetlands were delineated per W.P.A. Henry asked if the water will be diverted and Julian said water will not be. Dick Williams asked about the elevations of the driveway and whether water will rise. Julian said they no, that they are going to try not to back any water up and there is not much grading. Steven Miller asked where the existing house was and Julian showed him on the map. There were no questions by the Board or the public. Motion to close made by Scott, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 8:10 PM.

Same concerns as Lot 1 property for Lot 2. Eric asked about peri-drain and locations. Julian showed him on the map. No questions by the Board or public. Motion to close hearing made by Willard, seconded by Eric; vote unanimous at 8:16 PM.

Same property line issues as the previous lots. No other wetland issues. No questions by the Board or public. Motion to close made by Eric, seconded by Willard; vote unanimous at 8:45 PM.
