Approve Minutes from December 1, 2015 – Motion made by Eric, seconded by Scott; vote approved at 7:13 PM.
Motion to sign Order of Conditions, 270 Pommogussett Road – Motion to sign made by Willard, seconded by Nancy; vote unanimous at 7:23 PM.

Hearings
Notice of Intent, 270 Pommogussett Road
We received DEP File #277-0458. Green cards received. Hearing opened at 7:15 PM. Rich Chaffee from Green Hill Engineering came in for the applicant. Septic system repair gets the system out of the water table. This is a pretty straightforward repair. It will be farther away from the wetlands. The Board of Health has already signed off on this. Motion to close hearing made by Scott, seconded by Eric; vote unanimous at 7:20 PM.

By-laws
Peter was not at this meeting. The by-law discussion will be tabled to next meeting.
Davis Property
Jim Soucy came in to give a breakdown of the land. There is 16 acres of not restricted land, and the wetlands and the DCR protected land is behind it. It appears 30 acres total will be Open Space right off the bat. He wanted to let us know that there will be a lot of Open Space. Skip asked if the Open Space could go to each homeowner; otherwise that is a lot of area that wouldn’t be on the tax rolls. Jim said that it is possible, and there will be approximately 20 to 25 houses.
