Hearings

Donald Morrow, Notice of Intent, 98 Barre-Paxton Road
Hearing opened at 7:17 PM.  Green cards received.  Received DEP File #277-0440.  Brett Trowbridge presented for the applicant.  There is an existing well and sewer that is currently using a cesspool.  The proposal is to abandon the current systems and build a leech field and also they will be building the house up.  The Board of Health concern is the well and septic separation, so they will be moving the well.  The setback for Title 5 is 50 feet, so they have done that.  It is a tiny lot, but they are trying to use the lot the best way.  There are erosion control measures in place already.  Brett wanted to note there are flood plane maps for the area but they are all set with them. Motion to close made by Willard, seconded by Nancy; vote unanimous at 7:23 PM.

Discussions

Open Seat
There is currently an open seat on the Board, and Joe said that Leroy “Skip” Clark is interested in the seat.  Joe asked for any comments from the Board; everyone was agreeable.

Respectfully Submitted,
