Rutland Cable Advisory Committee
Meeting Minutes – June 10, 2015
Present were: Chairman Paul Mattson, Ray Becker, Kathy Clark, Addison Redfield, Brenda Savoie, and guests Skip Clark & Bill Morris.
The meeting was called to order at 6:32 PM.
Minutes
A motion to accept the minutes of May 6, 2015 (Addison/Ray) passed 5/0.
Bills and Accounts
Paul reported will reconcile and will provide an update at the next meeting.
Old Business
Station Managers Minutes
Addison reported:
- Plastering is now complete. All other work is done until fall.
- The next step is to paint the room over the summer.
Paul reported:
- He is in the process of having phone and internet service transferred from Campbell Street to the Library Studio.
- Library will have their own WiFi. Ray pointed out they can use the existing Internet line for WiFi. Bill Morris offered to test the router to be sure it’s working properly.
New Business
Ray is having issues with the laptop while rendering. Addison will check on the warranty.
Ray introduced Bill Morris. Bill has a background in mechanics and electronics, as well as other various trades. He is willing to assist as needed.
The committee thanked Bill for his offer and looks forward to working with him.
Meeting was adjourned at 7:36 PM. All were in favor.
