Treasurer’s report: Balance $75,714.64 as of 5/31/14 $1824.88 expended—balance $72,889.76 $10,000 payment from Charter in March is not included in total—with inclusion adjusted balance is $83,889.76
Old Business:
Paul met with Anita Carlson, Town Clerk and verified that only two (2) committee members may meet with vendors without properly posting the meeting.
Paul reported 19 DVD sales for Historical Society wedding!
A vendor list was supplied FYI the Library build out.
There was a discussion regarding the loss of the Charter facility on Campbell St. and our subsequent move: 1. Will Charter help us with the move? 2. We need to go through our equipment to determine what to save and what/how to dispose of.
Addison reported that he had a meeting set up at the Library on June 4, 2014 at 9:30 A.M. This will be with Dave Martinson and the Bay Path Electrical Instructor.
