PRESENT: Wayne Walker - Clerk, Leroy C. Clark, Sheila Dibb
Call to order at 6:00pm by Mr. Walker.
Mr. Clark made a motion to sign Warrant 23 and payroll. Ms. Dibb 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
Ms. Dibb made a motion to postpone the Board reorganization to the next full board meeting. Mr. Clark 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
CORRESPONDENCE:
Collaborative Budget Task Force – The Board reviewed correspondence from Mr. Becker.
Mr. Clark made a motion to retain Mr. Becker as the Rutland representative on the Collaborative Budget Task Force. Ms. Dibb 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
NEW BUSINESS:
Approval of Interdepartmental transfer of funds – The Board reviewed this request.
Mr. Clark made a motion to table this item and postpone it to the next full Board meeting agenda. Ms. Dibb 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
OLD BUSINESS:
Mr. Clark made a motion to approve the Farmer’s Market on the Common with the following stipulations:
- No parking on the grass or on Route 122A on either side
- Full cleaning including trash can emptying
- Insurance policy provided to the town prior to commencement
- Confirmation of compliance with the Board of Health
- Any other stipulations as further identified by the Board as needed.
Mr. Clark made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Dibb 2nd the motion. Vote unanimous.
