6:30 pm
Opening of Meeting by Chairman: Mr. Clark called the meeting to order in open session at 6:30 p.m.
Present: Leroy Clark, Stephanie Bacon, Sheila Dibb, Michael Pantos (remote participant – by phone), Town Administrator Margaret Nartowicz and Police Chief Donald Haapakoski.
Mr. Clark announced that Michael Pantos was participating remotely by phone from out of town. Mr. Pantos confirmed that he was out of town and unable to attend the meeting in person.
Ms. Bacon read MGL, c.30A, s.21(a) ¶1 aloud and moved to enter into Executive Session for Reason #1 to discuss the reputation, character, physical; condition or mental health, rather than professional competence, of an individual, or discuss the discipline or dismissal of, or complaints or charges against, a public officer, employee, staff member or individual (Police Department). Ms. Dibb 2nd the motion. Motion made and seconded. Roll call vote: Mr. Clark aye, Ms. Dibb aye, Ms. Bacon aye, Mr. Pantos aye.
The Board will reconvene in open session to adjourn after two consecutive Exec. Sessions under ¶1.
Ms. Dibb made a motion to adjourn. Ms. Bacon 2nd the motion. Vote 4-0.
Open session adjourned at 8:01 p.m.
