Present: Peter J. Letsky, Chairman; Sheila H. Dibb, Vice-Chairman and Joseph R. Becker.
Ms. Dibb moved to sign the transfer for the BOS advertisement $500 (from 001-156-5200-000 to 001-122-5200-000). Mr. Becker seconded. Vote unanimous.
Ms. Dibb moved to sign the transfer for police fuel $1,228 (from 001-210-5111-000 to 001-210-5400-000). Mr. Becker seconded. Vote unanimous.
Ms. Dibb moved to sign the transfer for DPW $2,000 (from 001-422-5536 to 001-430-5400). Mr. Becker seconded. Vote unanimous.
Ms. Dibb moved to sign the transfer for DPW $448.09 (from 001-192-5200-006 to 001-421-5130) and $2,000 (from 001-421-5200 to 001-421-5130) and $2,000 (from 001-421-5400 to 001-421-5130) and $200 (from 001-421-5700 to 001-421-5130) and $700 (from 001-422-5200 to 001-421-5130) and $2,500 (from 001-422-5530 to 001-421-5130) and $200 (from 001-430-5200 to 001-421-5130). Mr. Becker seconded. Vote unanimous.
Ms. Dibb moved to sign the transfer for DPW $900 (from 001-192-5200-004 to 001-192-5200-005). Mr. Becker seconded. Vote unanimous.
No action taken on Assessor’s request for $250 (wrong Account #, states FY 2014, looking to transfer from wages owed (?).
Lost quorum – adjourned 8:15 pm.
Post for joint meeting 5 pm Thursday before special town meeting.
