Present: Michael S. Pantos, Vice-Chairman, Leroy C. Clark, Peter Letsky, Clerk and
Sheila H. Dibb. Joseph R. Becker, Chairman was absent.
Health Insurance / Flexible Spending Accounts: The Health Insurance representatives were unavailable to meet, so we will reschedule at a later date.
Mr. Clark moved to enter into executive session for reason #3: To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the bargaining or litigating position of the public body and the chair so declares. Mr. Letsky seconded. Clark aye, Pantos aye, Letsky aye, Dibb aye.
Mr. Clark moved to adjourn. Mr. Letsky seconded. Vote unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 pm.
