Present: Joseph R. Becker, Chairman, Michael S. Pantos, Vice-Chairman, Leroy C. Clark, Sheila H. Dibb, Peter Letsky, Clerk, Jacqueline I. O’Brien, Administrative Assistant and Nancy M. Macaruso, secretary.
The Board of Selectmen and office staff met to discuss office policies / procedures and the structure and organization of the Selectmen’s office. Some topics discussed were: communication (inside and outside of the office), review of documents prior to meetings, motions and follow-up from meetings, etc.
A short discussion ensued regarding meeting with department heads sometime in the near future.

Mr. Clark moved to adjourn. Mrs. Dibb seconded. Vote unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 9:40 am.
