Present: Joseph R. Becker, Chairman; Michael S. Pantos, Vice-Chairman; Leroy C. Clark; and Peter Letsky, Clerk.
Discussion with Norman Anderson and members of the sign by-law subcommittee concerning provisions within the sign by-law.
Discussion on enforcement & monitoring – verbiage changes: Sections 5.2.6 – delete last sentence about six weeks; 4.1.2 – review delete power line poles. Review adding directional signs for businesses at various sites; 5.1.6 – exclude town-owned property.
Discussion on the Mulvey sign.
By-law going back to the sign by-law committee for changes.
Animal Control by-law to be assigned to by-law committee. Target date annual town meeting.
Planning Board presented solar farm overview.
Mr. Clark moved to adjourn. Mr. Pantos seconded. Vote unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 8 pm.
