Present: Leroy “Skip Clark – Chairman, Cherilyn A. Bulger – Vice Chairman, Joseph R. Becker – Clerk, Sheila H. Dibb and Nancy M. Macaruso – Secretary.
Mark Morse, MMA, came before the Board to present his study on wages and salaries. He explained, in great detail, the methods used in arriving at the figures - lengthy discussion on the report. The Board needs to discuss implementation strategy. Mr. Becker would like to implement the plan as soon as possible. Mrs. Dibb thanked Mr. Morse.
Mr. Pantos came before the board for a short discussion on Wachusett assessments and handed all members a copy of a power point presentation from a recent meeting. Mrs. Dibb and Mr. Becker would like to take it up on the town floor.
Mr. Becker began discussion on the Cool Sandy Beach area roads regarding the damage that is happening to town equipment during snow removal. He is recommending a letter be sent to all residents requesting that they fix the roads or the Town will suspend snow removal operations for next fiscal year. Once improvements are complete, the town will reinstate snow removal operations. Mr. Becker moved to send the letter. Mrs. Dibb seconded. Vote unanimous.
Mrs. Dibb moved to enter into Executive Session for Reason #3 and return to Open Session for adjournment purposes only. Mr. Becker seconded. Dibb aye, Becker aye, Bulger aye, Clark aye.
Mr. Becker moved to adjourn. Mrs. Dibb seconded. Vote unanimous. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 p.m.
