Sheila H. Dibb, Cherily A. Bulger. Douglas C. Briggs was absent.
Warrant for the Debt Exclusion for Rutland Heights Hospital –
Mr. Clark moved to sign the warrant. Mrs. Dibb seconded. Vote unanimous.
Disclosure/consent for West Boylston to use Kopelman & Paige (Rutland’s Special Labor Counsel) pertaining to the Wachusett Earthday/DCR Recycling Facility.
Mr. Clark moved to sign the consent form. Mrs. Dibb seconded. Vote unanimous.
