Minutes
Call to Order was made by Chair Diane Aldi at 7:06 p.m.
Present: Chair Diane Aldi, Mary Kennedy, Mary Ann Iadarola, Priscilla Funck, Sharon Craft, Betsy Owen, Don Mill and Joseph Termini
Audience of Citizens – no one presented
Review and Approval of Minutes – October 12, 2017 a motion was made by Mary Kennedy and seconded by Betsy Owen to approve the October 12, 2017 minutes.
Motion carried unanimously.
Review and Approval of Treasurer’s Report – October & November & December Treasurer Jay Termini presented a 2017 five (5) month review thru the end of November 30, 2017. A motion was made by Mary Kennedy and seconded by Don Mill to accept and approve this review.
Motion carried unanimously.
Correspondence – Three reappointment letters were received from the Selectman’s office for Betsy Owen, Joseph Termini and Mary Ann Iadarola for their terms to end 11//20/2020.
Old Business – no report
New Business – A motion was made by Betsy Owen and seconded by Sharon Craft to approve the 2018 meeting list.
Motion carried unanimously.
Chair Diane Aldi presented the 2018-2019 Budget. A motion was made by Mary Kennedy and seconded by Jay Termini to approve the budget as presented. Chair Diane will submit it to the Selectman’s office.
Motion carried unanimously.
Mary Ann Iadarola reported on the activities discussed at the last Old Saybrook Youth and Family Services Commission meeting held in December.

Nightingale Fund – Recording Clerk Sharon Tiezzi reported that she emailed and mailed out 2018 Scholarship packets to High School Guidance Departments and the news media.

Adjournment – Betsy Owen made a motion and seconded by Mary Kennedy to adjourn at 8:15 p.m..
