Meeting Minutes
Present: Diane Aldi DePaola, Priscilla Funck, Joseph Termine, Betsey Owen, Mary Kennedy, Sharon Craft, Maryann Iadrola, Don Mill
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Diane Aldi DePaola called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
AUDIENCE OF CITIZENS – none
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - A motion to approve the minutes of the March 9, 2017 meeting as written was made by S Craft and seconded by M Kennedy.
Ayes 6, Nays 0, Abstentions 1; Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT – A motion was made by B Owen and seconded by M Kennedy to accept the treasurer’s report as presented.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0; Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS – no business
NEW BUSINESS – next meeting May 11, 2017
FLANAGAN FUND – no business
NIGHTINGALE FUND – Two invoices to be paid were presented by D DePaola. The first was a bill for $16.75 for coping at Staples and the second was $50 from Pages to print and stuff envelopes.
A motion was made by J Termine and seconded by D Mill to pay both invoices,
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0, Motion carried.
MORRIS FUND – no report
ADJOURNMENT- A motion was made by D Mill and seconded by S Craft to adjourn the meeting @ 8:10 pm.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0. Motion carried.
