Meeting Minutes
Present: Diane Aldi DePaola, Priscilla Funck, Joseph Termine, Betsy Owen, Mary Kennedy, Sharon Craft, Maryann Iadrola
Absent: Don Mill
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Diane Aldi DePaola called the meeting to order at 7:05 p.m.
AUDIENCE OF CITIZENS – none
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - A motion to approve the minutes of the January 12, 2017 meeting as written was made by B Owen and seconded by S Craft.
Ayes 6, Nays 0, Abstentions 1; Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT – A motion was made by M Kennedy and seconded by Priscilla Funck to accept the treasurer’s report as presented.
Ayes 7, Nays 0, Abstentions 0; Motion carried.

- Nightingale Scholarship Application for 2017
OLD BUSINESS – no business
NEW BUSINESS – next meeting April 13, 2017
FLANAGAN FUND – no business
NIGHTINGALE FUND – Board discussed the appeal letter. The draft copy will be read and comments sent to B Owen. When finalized Diane will get the letter copied for mailing.
Some board members offered additional names and addresses to be added to the appeal list.
The goal is to get the appeal mailed ASAP.
MORRIS FUND – no report
ADJOURNMENT- A motion was made by J. Termine and seconded by M Kennedy. to adjourn the meeting @ 8:00 pm.
