Meeting Minutes
Present: Diane Aldi DePaola, Mary Kennedy, Sharon Craft, Janet Temple and Betsey Owen.
Absent: Joseph Termine and Don Mills
Also present: Sharon Tiezzi, Recording Clerk
CALL TO ORDER: Chair Diane Aldi DePaola called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
AUDIENCE OF CITIZENS – The Nursing activities offered by the VNASC for the months of July and August 2015 are attached and were presented by Tina Belmont.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES - A motion to approve the minutes of the June 11, 2015 meeting was made by Mary Kennedy and seconded by Betsy Owen.
Ayes 4, Nays 0, Abstentions 0; Motion carried.
APPROVAL OF TREASURER’S REPORT – will be presented at the October meeting
CORRESPONDENCE – Thank you notes were received from scholarship recipients: Erin Featherstone, Ashley Savino, Christiana Gosselin, Megan Sullivan and Adam Stillman.
OLD BUSINESS – none
NEW BUSINESS
- A motion was made by Mary Kennedy and seconded by Janet Temple to approve Cathy Cobb’s invoice in the amount of $373.59 for the nutrition programs this summer.
Ayes 4, Nays 0, Abstentions 0; motion carried.
- Chair Diane reported that there is a vacancy on the board and asked members to think about anyone that might interested in being on the board.

ADJOURNMENT- A motion was made by Mary Kennedy to adjourn the meeting @ 7:50 p.m., seconded by Janet Temple.
