The garage would be constructed 10 feet from the property line. The lot in question is located at 28 Beach Head Road and is owned by Gary and Susan Benard. (Tax Map 71, Lot 112)
Case 08-05 The application of Paul and Angela Sweet for a variance as stated in Article III Section E of the Nottingham Zoning Ordinance to allow Environmental Clean-Up to have a junk yard license in order to keep operating as a business. The lot in question is located at 226 Old Turnpike Road and is owned by Angela Sweet.
