Selectmen’s Informational Meeting
November 3, 2010
7:30 PM, Chair Bock opened the meeting and asked all those present to stand for the Pledge of Allegiance.
Members Present: Peter Bock and Gary Anderson
Others: Charles Brown, Town Administrator and Shatana Begizova representing Mill Pond View, LLC.
Mr. Bock began by making a statement regarding the reason for this “Informational Meeting” which was a requirement of RSA 482:13. Mr. Bock also asked a question regarding the availability of contact information in the event of any possible high water events in the future.
Ms. Begizova indicted there is now reasonable contact information in place.
Mr. Anderson asked about specifics of the proposed retaining wall.
Ms. Begizova explained the wall will help control erosion and be 8.5 feet tall by 20 feet long. The wall will be built from “Ready Rock” which are the same sectional blocks as the existing wall was built from.
Having no additional residents present and no other questions or further business.
Motion: Bock, second Anderson to adjourn the meeting.
Vote: All in favor. Motion passed 2-0.
Meeting adjourned at 7:43 P.M.
