Selectmen’s Workshop
May 13, 2008
8:25 AM, Mr. Netishen opened the meeting.
Members Present: Bill Netishen, Mary Bonser and Peter Bock.
Others present: Charles A. Brown, Town Administrator, Marge Carlson
Motion: Bock, second Bonser to enter non-public session under RSA 91-A: 3 II (a), Ms. Bonser seconded.
Vote: Bonser, Yea, Bock, Yea, Netishen, Yea, Motion passed 3-0. The Board entered non-public.
9:30 AM Motion: Bonser, second Bock to come out of non-public session.
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
At their return to public session;
Motion: Bonser, second Bock to keep all discussion in non-public session, non-public.
Vote: 3-0 in favor.
9:32 AM, Ms. Bonser left the meeting to attend a prior commitment.
Mr. Netishen and Bock discussed issues regarding the request to the ZBA for a rehearing of case # 07-08R. Mr. Brown will have a draft document prepared for the Board’s review on May 15, 2008. The workshop meeting will be posted for 9:00 AM.
Marge Carlson asked to speak to the Board regarding the upcoming E911 renumbering public hearing for Cooper Hill Road. The public hearing must take place before any numbers are assigned. The numbering will be done using 50 foot increments. This will clear-up the existing numbering problems that exist between Nottingham and Northwood.

Motion: Netishen, second Bock to adjourn.
Vote: 2-0 in favor.
