Selectmen’s Meeting / Planning Board
June 27, 2007
9:35 PM Chair Bock opened the meeting.
Members Present: Peter Bock, Bill Netishen, Mary Bonser and Town Administrator Charles Brown.
Guests: Attorney John F. Teague, Attorney Chris Boldt, Mary Paige & Jonathan Witham, Members of the Nottingham Planning Board and numerous members of the public.
The purpose of this meeting was for the Selectmen and the Withams to sign a Boundary Line Agreement. There had been a boundary line dispute regarding the line between the Town Square and the Witham property. A majority of the Selectmen had taken action in favor of the agreement on 6/22/07 & 6/25/07 to sign the agreement, if and when the Planning Board approved the Witham subdivision.
Since the Planning Board voted to approve the subdivision, the Selectmen and the Withams signed the agreement. All signatures were witnessed and acknowledged by Attorney John F. Teague. All documents will be held until the appeal period has expired. At that time all relevant documents (subdivision plan, boundary line agreement and easements) will be recorded.

Vote: 3-0 in favor.
