Chair Smith called the meeting to order at 7:16 PM
Opened the public hearing for Case # P08-04-SUB & LLA
Peter Landry introduced himself, and gave a quick presentation. The Board asked questions regarding the application. Peter Gylfphe requested a waive for Sec 5.A. waiving a complete boundary survey in regard to Judith Doughty’s lot. Ms. Doherty lot includes over 13 acres and contains a habitable structure already.
Peter Gylfphe made a motion to accept the waiver request, Scott Canney seconded. The motion was approved unanimously.
Scott Canney made a motion to accept the application, Peter Gylfphe seconded. The motion was approved unanimously.
Peter Gylfphe made a motion to recess the application to January 7th, Sue Mooney seconded. The motion was approved unanimously.
Sue Mooney made a motion to adjourn at 8:12 PM, Peter Gylfphe seconded. The Board approved the motion unanimously.
