MINUTES
Present: Steve Aiello, Jim Lord, Ken Gillis, Wayne Coats,
Call to order: 7:00 P.M.
September 13th
A. Gym Flashing: Disscussion committee unanimously agreed to award the second lowest bidder the contract for the gym flashing. Wayne Coats will contact the first Selectman of the discussion.
B. Priority list tabled until committee receives additional information.
C. Hammond LLC has submitted a bid of $1 Thousand Dollars for the caulking of the Middle School wing; the committee has agreed to have Hammond do the work.
