Called to Order: 7:00 p.m. Members present were Bob Testa, Ken Gillis and Sal Costanza.
Approval of Minutes: NONE.
Correspondence: NONE.
Invoices: NONE.
Public Comments: NONE.
Business:
1.~~~~~~~~ Technical Education dividing wall: Item was tabled until such time that the full committee is present to discuss obtaining new bids.
- Elementary School Kindergarten bathroom: No action could be taken. The committee is waiting for plans from the architect.
- Gym flashing: No action could be taken at this time, as the Board of Selectmen has not forwarded the bid package to this committee. Mr. Testa has spoken with Mr. Mullane who advised that the bid package should be ready by February 19, 2010.
4.~~~~~~~~ Concession stand: The group in charge of this project met with this committee approximately 18 months ago and has yet to return with the requested information and documentation. The committee is awaiting a formal set of plans and a detailed plan of action, to include but not limited to, an explanation and verification of finances, construction schedule, a list of contractors and donors, wetlands documentation from a licensed/certified expert as well as liability concerns and possible workers comp issues.

Adjournment: On a motion by Ken Gillis that was seconded by Sal Costanza, the committee voted unanimously to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m.
