Box 28, Hopkinton, RI 02833 for a Wetlands Permit to excavate and remove gravel from the site at property located at 112 Rocky Hollow Road, North Stonington, CT 06359 as indicated on the site plan to construct an agricultural pasture. Proposed grading is outside the 100 foot buffer. Tax Map #116/2731, Lot #78/7208
