Call to Order-Meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM with members William Peterson, Cemetery Committee, Mary Cooper, Garden Club, Ronald Lewis, Inland Wetlands, Eleanor Banker, Board of Education, Frank Eppinger, Historical Society, Lou Steinbrecher, PZC, Kip Taylor, Recreation Commission, Robbin Donahue, Charlie Steinhart V, Marcia White, Brian Rathbun, Anne Nalwalk, Curt Moussie, and Robley Evans, First Selectman Mullane and Selectman Ricker. The meeting was spent discussing the mission of the committee, the requirements for election of officers, and the establishment of a yearly meeting schedule. Information was provided on lease agreements, status of code repairs and a request was made for additional maps showing abutting landowners and if any photo maps were available to please provide for next meeting scheduled for January 20, 2009 at 7:00 PM in the New Town Hall.
