Call to Order -7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane, Murphy, and Donahue present.
Public Comments and Questions-Mrs. Bradshaw commented on Community Gardens and Firefly Farms.
Brian Rathbun asked why trees were cut on the Hewitt Farm near Greene Gables
Town Hall Stonewall-Karl Acimovic on Proposed Repairs Item #9-Karl Acimovic discussed basic design sequence of work, permitting process and cost estimates.
Minutes-A motion was made by Selectman Donahue and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of April 9, 2013, carrying. 3-0

1. Tribal Issues-Acknowledgement Issues-Senators Blumenthal, Murphy and Representative Courtney will meet with BIA on changes to the (7) criteria of the acknowledgement system
