Call to Order-Meeting was called to order at 7:00 PM with Selectmen Mullane and Murphy present.  Mr. Ricker is out of Town.
Public Comments and Questions
Minutes –A motion was made by Selectman Mullane and seconded by Selectman Murphy to approve the minutes of January 13, 2009, carrying.  2-0
Correspondence
       Letter to Union Employees was approved for distribution later this week
       Projections for Resident State Troopers expenses for next fiscal year were received from State Public Safety Department
       Copy of request from BOE to BOF for School Heating Assistance funding
       Newsletter from Secretary of State Bysiewicz was received this week
       Annual Report from CRRA
       Annual Report from SCWA
       PZC CGS 8-24 approval of the Boombridge Road Bridge
       Service Agreement between the Town and NSVFC was received
       Notice of new USWA Staff Representative for North Stonington PW Department was received
       Probate Court Budget
       AWS Truewind proposal
       Northeast Wind letter of interest
       Leter from SCRRRA regarding fees for region for FY 2009-10
       News article stating that Troop E is again #1 in drunk driving arrests

2.   Subdivision Review and Planning and Zoning Issues-
Garden Court LLC-Record filed on August 4, 2008-Informal notice – Appeal to PZC decision has been withdrawn.
Connecticut General Statutes 8-24 requests to PZC
3.   Permanent School Building Project Committee
A.      Activities/membership-No report
B.      Building Committee Projects-Will attempt to arrange meeting with BOE on update of specs for High/Middle School heating system
4.   Town Energy Projects
                Electrical Rate Bids-No report
                Wind farm Project-Working on meeting schedule for additional consultants
5.   Town Hall Improvements-No report
6.  Kingswood/Meadowwood drainage review –No report
7.  Affordable Housing Committee-PZC is planning a workshop in February with Board of Selectmen  and Housing Committee
8.  Mystic Seaport property Dam Repairs
                        Dam Repair-Engineer is authorized and working           
9.  Boombridge Road bridge-
                Report of Design Review Team report-Review is complete, data will be sent to State Consultant and ConnDOT for review
10.   FY 2009-2010 Budget-Tri-Board meeting with Education and Finance is scheduled for January 28, 2009, at 6:00 PM
11.   2009-2010 Legislative Agenda-No action
12    STEAP Grant applications-Selectman Mullane is developing a list of projects
        Agriculture Planning Grant-Grant has been submitted
13.  Stimulus Grants Application-First Selectman Mullane attended a meeting in Hartford at the Governor’s office for briefing on Federal stimulus package plans and new information known.
