Parking

One of the challenges here in North Beach is parking. When commercial and residential properties are side by side, this makes parking even more challenging at times. Please note, there is no assigned parking for individual homes (excluding off street parking). Residents are free to park in any residential parking area available. Reserving spaces by way of blocking residential parking is not permitted.
