PUBLIC MEETING MINUTES
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Donovan opened the meeting at 5:55 pm. In attendance were Selectmen Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Chairman, James L. Doggett, Vice Chairman, Matthew A. Burrill, Lawrence B. Foote, Lisa L. Gonyer, and Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley. The minutes were transcribed and typed by Town Administrator Nancy J. Wrigley.
Selectman Donovan moved to go into Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) - Highway Department, Police Department and Fire Department. Second by Selectman Foote with a unanimous roll call vote: Donovan - aye, Doggett - aye, Burrill - aye, Foote - aye, Gonyer - aye.
Selectman Doggett left the meeting at 7:07 pm to attend the Planning Board Meeting.
Chairman Donovan moved to close the Non-Public Meeting at 7:25 pm. Second by Selectman Burrill with a unanimous roll call vote to keep all matters confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members the circumstances no longer apply except to announce the pay increase for Ronald Jackson to Grade XVII Step 6 effective July 26, 2015; Donovan - aye, Burrill – aye, Foote - aye; Gonyer – aye.
Selectman Donovan moved to close the public session at 7:27 pm. Second by Selectman Gonyer with a unanimous vote.
