NEWTON BOARD OF SELECTMEN

MINUTES OF PUBLIC MEETING
- Call to Order, Roll Call Vote
Chairman Donovan called the meeting to order at 6:00pm. ~In attendance were Chairman Robert S. Donovan, Jr., Selectman Charles R. Melvin, Sr., Selectman Matthew A. Burrill, Selectman James L. Doggett, Selectman Lawrence B. Foote; minutes were transcribed and typed by Selectman Burrill.
Chairman Donovan motioned to go into Nonpublic Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (a) – Continued Tax Deeding; (b) – Town Hall Communication; Second by Doggett with a unanimous roll call vote.
Doggett motioned to keep the minutes of the meeting confidential until in the opinion of the majority of the members, the circumstances no longer apply except to announce that the Board is reviewing Town Management Structure. Second by Foote, motion passed with a unanimous vote.
Chairman Donovan motioned to close the nonpublic at 8:20 pm. ~Second Melvin, motion passed with a unanimous vote.
Doggett motioned to adjourn at 8:21 PM. Second Foote, motion passed with a unanimous vote.
